Small Dutch Colonial

This is my first upload here, and I hope that everyone will get hours of play out of this house. It is a Small Dutch Colonial style and is a Simish style house after one of the houses of my childhood. Anyway, I really hope that everyone Enjoy!!!!

The only CC that I know of are the Greystone Curtains and the creator escapes me for the moment.

It also has been checked for any corrupt files, it checks out A-Ok!!!!

I ended up using the wall tool instead of the foundation tool for the 1/4 walls on the foundation, which upped the cost of the house to 201,574 simolians. But, for some reason when using the foundation tool it would let me put the basement stairs in. Anyway, as I said somewhere up there.... ENJOY!!!
